NOA CAFE is a cafe (coffee shop) with three locations in Harajuku and one in Ginza, boasting freshly ground, house-roasted coffee and freshly baked waffles. The Harajuku store is located right outside the Takeshita exit of Harajuku Station! It's at the entrance to Harajuku Takeshita Street, the epicenter of fashion trends.
